Using the service

You must use Jhalak Go lawfully, provide accurate account information, protect your login and follow our Community Guidelines. You are responsible for posts, messages, room speech, music and other activity from your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Jhalak Go account or to use any feature of the app, including live voice rooms, posting content, purchasing coins, sending or receiving gifts, and requesting host withdrawals. By creating an account or using Jhalak Go, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may ask for verification and may suspend or close accounts that do not meet it.

Live voice rooms

• Hosts and co-hosts must manage rooms responsibly and may mute, remove or report participants.
• Do not record, rebroadcast or publish another person’s voice or private information without permission and a lawful basis.
• Only play music or audio you own or are authorized to use. A file being stored on your phone does not by itself grant performance rights.
• Do not use rooms for threats, sexual exploitation, hate, gambling, scams, dangerous acts or unlawful sales.

Coins, gifts and host earnings

Coins and gifts are virtual items for use inside Jhalak Go only. They are not legal tender, have no cash value to the buyer, and cannot be sold, transferred outside supported in-app features, or exchanged back for money by the person who purchased them. Coins are purchased only through Google Play Billing at the price Google Play displays before purchase, and coin purchases are non-refundable except where required by Google Play's own refund policy or applicable law.

Hosts earn a percentage of the coin value of gifts they receive — the current percentage is shown in the app and may be changed by Jhalak Go at any time, with the new percentage applying to gifts received after the change. Host earnings can be withdrawn only once they reach the minimum withdrawal amount shown in the app, and are paid out via UPI (or another payout method we support) to a verified payout account held in the host's own name. Every withdrawal request goes through manual admin review and fraud/eligibility checks before it is approved, and payout can take a number of business days to process — withdrawals are not instant. Jhalak Go may change coin prices, gift prices, the host earning percentage and the minimum withdrawal amount at any time; whatever values are shown in the app at the time of a purchase, gift or withdrawal request apply to that transaction. Host earnings and pending or approved withdrawals may be withheld, reversed or adjusted at our discretion for fraud, chargebacks, abuse or violations of these Terms. Never pressure, mislead or deceive anyone into buying coins or sending gifts.

Security and prohibited activity

• No illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive or exploitative activity.
• No harassment, hate, impersonation, spam, manipulation of engagement or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
• No modified APKs, automated purchase tools, fake receipts, stolen payment methods, wallet manipulation, reverse engineering, security bypasses or attempts to create coins without a verified purchase.

Content and moderation

You retain ownership of your content while granting Jhalak Go the limited permissions needed to host, transmit, display and moderate it. We may remove content, end rooms, withhold fraudulent transactions or restrict accounts that violate these terms or law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every user statement is accurate.

Acceptance and user-generated content

Before creating or uploading user-generated content, users must accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines in the app. Jhalak Go provides reporting and blocking controls appropriate to posts, comments, messages, users and live rooms. Reports may be reviewed and acted on, but false or abusive reporting is prohibited.

Permissions, privacy and account deletion

Your use of microphone, camera and media features is subject to your device permissions and our Privacy Policy. You can request permanent account deletion inside the app or through the Delete Account page on this website. Legitimately retained fraud, accounting, safety and legal records are described in the Privacy Policy.

Billing, refunds and availability

Digital coins must be purchased through Google Play Billing where required. The displayed Google Play price controls the transaction. Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play rules and applicable law. Purchased coins may not be sold, transferred outside supported features or exchanged for cash.
