Include your username, app version and a clear description. For a live-room issue, add the room name, host username and approximate date/time. For billing, include the Google Play order ID but never send full card details, passwords or one-time codes.

• “Account Deletion Request” for deletion assistance.

For faster action, use the report or block controls on the relevant user, message, content or room whenever available. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
