Your responsibility
Only post, upload, send or play content you created or are authorized to use. This applies to posts, private-chat media, profile assets and music or audio played in live rooms. Having a downloaded song on a phone does not necessarily give permission to broadcast or publicly perform it.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content or a live-room use on Jhalak Go infringes your copyright, email support@jhalakgo.com with your contact information, identification of the protected work, where and when the use occurred, information sufficient to locate it, and a good-faith statement. Include evidence that you own or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
Response and repeat infringement
We may remove content, stop access to reported material, restrict live-room features and request more information. Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights may be restricted or terminated. Knowingly false complaints may have legal consequences.
