Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Strictly prohibited everywhere
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors or sexual discussion directed at a minor.
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, exploitation, coercion or solicitation of sexual content, meetings, money or gifts from minors.
- Using posts, private messages, gifts or live voice rooms to contact, isolate, manipulate or endanger a minor.
- Content or behavior that facilitates, normalizes, jokes about or encourages child abuse.
Live-room protection
Hosts and participants must immediately stop and report suspected child exploitation. Do not invite minors into sexualized rooms, ask them to move to private channels, request personal contact details or use coins and gifts as leverage. Only adults who meet our eligibility and verification requirements may participate in host earnings and withdrawals.
How we respond
We may end a room, remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence when appropriate, and cooperate with lawful requests and applicable reporting obligations. We do not notify an alleged offender when doing so could increase risk or interfere with an investigation.
Report concerns
Use the in-app report option on a user, message or room, or email our designated child-safety contact at support@jhalakgo.com with the subject “Urgent Child Safety”. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority.
